Zoho or Dynamics Still Most Preferred CRMs

We’ve worked with a number of CRMs over the past 12 months and Zoho and MS Dynamics are still the most preferred.

Over the last 12 months, we have worked with the three leading CRM packages: Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Zoho and one ERP extension, Epicor.

Our involvement is at a variety of levels: set-up, data import, customisation, ongoing usage and reports.

Our client base is typically SMEs with 2-20 CRM users

Zoho and MS Dynamics come out on top.

Zoho CRM – Zoho CRM still offers the best all round service for price. Particularly the Standard edition at $12 / user.

MS Dynamics – is still a leading system; mainly because of its ability to let the user work in Outlook. It is harder to set-up, particularly for non technical users; and it is more expensive than Zoho – approx £10-£40 per month.

Salesforce, although arguably the most popular, it is still the most expensive (invariably users need the professional [$65] or enterprise [$125] per user) and a lot of what it provides is not necessary for a typical SME.

Epicor – when we worked with Epicor, a manufacturing ERP system with a CRM module, it was just not as friendly as best-in-class CRMs from either a user or support perspective. The reason for adopting Epicor was to maintain one database across a 5 year-old organisation.
